Three ways to hire me.
Every engagement is quoted in writing before it starts, whether that is a month, a project or a fixed-fee review. I quote after a call, not before, and I will tell you if what you need is smaller than what you asked for.
Product engineering
Ship the thing. I take a product from architecture through to release, including the parts nobody demos: data migrations, authentication, audit trails, error states, and the release process itself. I write the documentation as I go, so the handover is not a second project.
Cryptography and ledgers
Key custody, signing ceremonies, XRP Ledger integration, and the security review that has to happen before any of it is live. This is the work where being nearly right is the same as being wrong, and it is what I spend most of my time on.
Review and rescue
I read an existing codebase and tell you in writing what will break, what it will cost, and what I would do first. No slides. You get a document you can hand to an engineer or an investor, and you own it whether or not you hire me to fix anything.
